Carrier backlogs, severe weather and customs holds can add a few days. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email us and we will chase the carrier or replace your order.
Orders shipped to US addresses normally have no import duties. If a shipment does incur a fee, it is the buyer’s responsibility and we will tell you before dispatch whenever possible.
Send a photo within 30 days and we will ship a replacement at no cost. See returns.
